Return and Refund Policy
In accordance with Articles VI.47 to VI.53 of the Code of Economic Law, the consumer has a period of 14 days to withdraw from the contract, without obligation to provide a reason and without additional costs.

Shipping
Products must be returned in a sealed box to our store at the following address: Nekkerspoel 7, 9320 Aalst. Please remember to include the return form. In case of damage to the goods, the customer may be held responsible for any loss of value if the product is not properly protected or is returned in an unsellable condition.

Refund
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send a confirmation email. If approved, the amount will be refunded within 10 working days via the original payment method or to the bank account number provided in the withdrawal form. You will receive a full refund. You will only be responsible for the return shipping costs.

BeeZoe reserves the right to deduct a depreciation amount from the original purchase price for opened, soiled, or damaged products. For hygiene and health reasons, returns are not possible once the packaging has been opened. This means as soon as the protective seal has been removed.
