Scope of Application
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on our website beezoe.com, as well as to all transactions carried out within the framework of our sales. By placing an order on our site, you accept these terms and conditions without reservation.

Any order placed on our site is governed by these terms and conditions, which the customer acknowledges having read and accepted at the time of placing the order. Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions by the customer. Any general terms and conditions of the customer shall not be binding on the seller. No deviation from these terms will be accepted without prior written confirmation from the seller. The seller reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. However, ongoing orders remain subject to the terms applicable at the time the sale was concluded.

Product
We offer propolis products under our brand Beezoe. The website already contains extensive information about propolis. For further questions, you can contact us via the following email address: beezoe@outlook.com.

Orders
You can place your orders online via our website. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of product availability issues or suspicion of fraud.

Prices
The prices listed on our site are in euros and include applicable Belgian VAT. Shipping costs are indicated during the ordering process. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rates applicable at the time of order confirmation.

Payment
Payment for orders is made online at the time of purchase, using the secure payment methods available on our site. Cash on delivery is also possible, although online payments are preferred.

Delivery
Shipping costs currently amount to €7.40 including 21% VAT and may change over time. Delivery is free for any purchase of €45 (including VAT) or more.

Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles VI.47 to VI.53 of the Code of Economic Law, the consumer has a period of 14 days to withdraw from the contract without having to provide any reason and without incurring additional costs. For more information, please consult our Return Policy section.

Complaints
Any complaint regarding an order must be sent by email to beezoe@outlook.com within 3 days of receiving the order. We undertake to respond promptly to all complaints and to make every effort to find a satisfactory solution, taking into account the circumstances.

Liability
We undertake to supply products that comply with current Belgian legislation. Our products have been notified to the Federal Public Service Health as food supplements.
However, our liability cannot be invoked in the event of indirect damages resulting from the use of our products.

Data Protection
We collect and process your personal data in accordance with Belgian data protection regulations. For more information, please consult our privacy policy on our website.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, only the courts of Brussels shall have jurisdiction.
